2008年8月14日，用于研发类产品PPORD提交通报的技术核查工具已经发布。该软件工具使企业能够在提交通报给ECHA之前自助核查PPORD卷宗的完整性。该软件的目的是帮助企业根据REACH法规第9(3)和第20(2)条为PPORD类产品提交通报准备完整的技术卷宗。

      Technical completeness check tool for Product and Process Orientated Research and Development (PPORD) now available A technical completeness check tool for Product and Process Orientated Research and Development (PPORD) notification submissions is now available. This software tool offers the possibility to companies to check on their own the completeness of their PPORD dossiers before submitting their notifications to ECHA. The purpose of the tool is to help companies to prepare a complete technical dossier for PPORD data submission according to REACH Articles 9(3) and 20(2).
